Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Manager of Ambulatory Growth Marketing to develop and execute high-touch marketing plans that boost patient volume and revenue across Northern NJ, with a Bergen County concentration.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Strategy, Physician Liaisons, and Community Outreach to align plans with sales goals. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, at least 5 years in healthcare sales or business development, and proven ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare sales, business development, or physician liaison with KPI track record.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, manage pipeline, and close new business.
• Strong relationships and consultative selling to align services with client needs.
• Experience developing territory plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations to physicians and business leaders.
• Understanding ROI and revenue targets to inform strategy.
• Team player capable of collaborating in a matrixed environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively; reliable transportation.
• Desire for independent, self-motivated work ethic.
• Preferred: EPIC experience.
