Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• 3-5 years of related financial experience.
• Experience with financial reporting and data systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare physician productivity bonus calculations quarterly, bi-annually or annually.
• Create and maintain all deal points for physician contracts in internal system.
• Maintain physician productivity monthly accruals for month-end reporting.
• Provide work RVU information to department heads and physicians with data-driven insights.
• Assist with budgets, pro forma, and ad hoc reports in collaboration with leadership.
