Job summary

Key Whitman Eye Center in Grapevine seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the ambulatory surgery center’s day-to-day operations. You will oversee scheduling, inventory, QA/QI, credentialing, safety, and risk management across the center and personnel.

The role requires RN licensure, ophthalmology surgical experience, and leadership capabilities to manage staff, budgets, and policy adherence. On-site setting with full-time schedule and diverse benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN license.
• Current American Heart Assn. BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ophthalmology surgical experience.
• Knowledge of IOLs and MIGS.
• Survey readiness AAAHC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Surgery Center.
• Manage scheduling of procedures and staffing.
• Coordinate activities within the OR suite.

• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Lead nursing staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain infection control and QA programs.
• Maintain employee files and payroll oversight.
