Qualifications

• Certification or Associates Degree in Healthcare related field Preferred

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of medical documentation/abstraction guidelines (CDS Abstraction Guidelines).
• Bring a keen eye for detail and strong healthcare software knowledge. (Epic experience is preferred.)
• Have good working knowledge of medical terminology and use training resources.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
• Uphold medicolegal implications and responsibilities of the healthcare record, ensuring compliance with policies, rules and privacy practices.
