UW Health in Madison, WI seeks an Ambulatory Documentation Services Specialist to join our electronic medical records abstraction team. This role supports accuracy and compliance of clinical documentation through CDS abstraction guidelines and healthcare software tools, including Epic where available.
The ideal candidate has strong medical terminology knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to use training resources to ensure medicolegal compliance and privacy standards.
100% FTE, 40 Hours per week. Day Shift. Shift scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 am - 5 pm. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.
