Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Hermitage, TN is seeking a certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) to support ambulatory clinical care. The role may travel to West Nashville offices to cover clinics and ensure visits run smoothly.

You will assist providers, perform CMA tasks such as phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, vitals, and EMR documentation, and maintain room readiness while upholding HIPAA and safety standards. Requires TN CCMA and BLS; valid driver's license and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Tennessee-licensed CCMA
• BLS certification required
• Willing and able to travel to other offices; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care support under physician/APP supervision.
• Prepare patients for exams: rooming, vitals, and urinalysis; document in EMR.
