JobRx, Inc. is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist to provide patient care and advanced clinical pharmacy services at Prime Healthcare Olympia Fields Hospital. This full-time position requires collaboration with prescribers and managing medication therapy effectively.
Ideal candidates will hold a PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy, possess a current state Registered Pharmacist License and a PGY-1 residency. The compensation for this role ranges from $117k to $158k annually.
Qualifications
- Current state Registered Pharmacist License required.
- B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD degree required.
- PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency required (significant experience may be considered).
- Board certification (BCPS, BCACP, or equivalent) within 18 months required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong customer service skills required.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and advanced clinical pharmacy services.
- Collaborate with prescribers and manage medication therapy.
- Document patient interactions across various EMR platforms.
