Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ambulatory care teams (rheumatology, dermatology, neurology, infectious disease, oncology, nephrology, pulmonology).
• Provide clinical, pharmacy, and medication expertise in various areas.
• Support prior authorization and medication access, and impact medication therapy outcomes.
