Responsibilities

• Develops, schedules, and conducts one-on-one and group training sessions.
• Participates in system upgrades through analysis, testing and development of documentation and training curricula.
• Responsible for program development strategies including online training and nursing education.
• Initiates, evaluates, and conducts nursing research for issues involving nursing/patient education and care.
• Evaluates effects of nursing research on patient care and makes recommendations.
