Job summary

Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in Rockville, MD, is seeking a Clinical Manager for our Montgomery Grove Practice. You will assist the Practice Administrator in daily clinical operations, oversee staff, scheduling, safety, and supply levels, and help drive performance initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of healthcare management in ambulatory care, a Maryland LPN license or CMA certification, and strong leadership, budgeting, and HR oversight.

Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare management experience in ambulatory care.
• Completion of High School required; college courses preferred.
• LPN license in Maryland or CMA/NCMA/NRCMA certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Practice Administrator in daily clinical operations.
• Manage clinical staff including scheduling, safety, and environment of care.
• Oversee hiring, supervision, staffing, evaluation and HR discipline.
• Support pay-for-performance programs (value based purchasing, PCMH, meaningful use).
