Job summary

Providence Kadlec Regional Medical Center seeks a Lead Clinic RN to deliver holistic nursing care in an ambulatory setting and coordinate patient care across telehealth and in-person visits. This role blends clinical expertise with administrative duties and leads nursing staff under clinical oversight.

Requirements include WA RN license at hire, BLS certification, and 2 years of ambulatory nursing experience; specialty area certification and 5 years experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 2 years Ambulatory Nursing Experience.
• If specialty, experience preferred in specialty clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Coordinate patient care by applying the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, through in-person and telehealth encounters.
• Oversee daily activities of nursing staff, resolve clinical issues, ensure safety, and act as a link between patients, nurses and management.
• Lead team guidance, problem-solving, and serve as a resource for staff and management.
