Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate's Degree Nursing Or
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 18 months professional nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care setting using the nursing process.
• Facilitate care coordination via direct and telehealth/telephone encounters.
