Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months of related experience preferred.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English.
• Annual influenza immunization is a condition of employment unless an exemption is granted.

Responsibilities

• Keeps ambulatory facilities clean and orderly by performing essential cleaning duties.
• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other areas.
• Sweeps and vacuums floors; dusts furniture and equipment; washes walls and windows.
• Transports trash to disposal area and replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations.
