Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial industry a plus
• Medical cleaning a plus
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing duties.
• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor; dusts furniture and equipment; polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, windows, doors, sills; empties wastebaskets; disposes trash and waste.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies; transports small equipment between departments.
