Xanitos, Inc is hiring 2nd shift Part-Time Ambulatory Housekeepers at Kaiser Permanente Hear Center and Eye Care in Tacoma, WA. Immediate offers for qualified candidates. Hourly pay rate is $20.82, with tentative hours 6:00pm–10:00pm, Mon–Fri.

Schedule may vary and on-call shifts require flexibility. Duties include cleaning rooms, lobbies, restrooms, floors, and windows; restock supplies; transport trash and equipment; and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations.

Job Overview

Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Daily Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations.

Job Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
• Medical cleaning a plus
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English
