Job summary

You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure accurate documentation, provide education on CDI, and support coding staff.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• Preferred CDI, coding, or risk adjustment experience.
• Experience with ambulatory or acute care documentation.

Responsibilities

• Validate HCC diagnoses and RAF scores via provider collaboration.
• Conduct prospective reviews and document findings for audits.
• Identify documentation gaps and educate care teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with privacy regulations.
• Ensure documentation supports medical necessity and accurate coding.
• Build relationships with providers and revenue cycle partners.
