Temple Health in Philadelphia seeks an Ambulatory Care Representative (NPO) to provide first contact and follow-up coordination for high-level patient scheduled services. You will identify scheduling concerns and escalate them to the director, coordinating with nurse navigators and the clinical team on behalf of the patient.
