Job summary

Froedtert Health seeks a Staff RN - Ambulatory Services to join the team in Mequon. You will collaborate with an interprofessional group to deliver patient- and family-centered care, collect health data, and develop a care plan.

The role involves conducting RN-only visits, timely assessments, and coordinating care across settings. The position requires Wisconsin RN licensure, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and oncology CE credits or commitment to obtain them.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Oncology nursing certification or 10 hours oncology CE per year is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform/direct ACLS.
• Interpret rhythm and defibrillate.
• Administer advanced lifesaving medications.
• Conduct RN-only patient assessments per protocols.
• Provide specialty patient education requiring certification.
• Telemetry monitoring and rhythm management.
• Assist with complex procedures.
• Manage central lines and VADs as applicable.
• Interrogate devices and act on results.
• Perform complex infusions and hazardous meds administration.
