Job summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care from basic to complex needs. You will apply the nursing process within the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practice model and adhere to the ANA standards and Code of Ethics.

You will collaborate with patients and families in goal setting, use current evidence to guide practice, maintain clinical decision making, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current NH RN license or compact state license.
• BSN preferred.
• Ability to obtain BLS during orientation.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to patients and families using the nursing process.
• Involves patient/family in goal setting and planning, communicates plan of care for input.
• Uses current evidence and standards to guide practice and identify areas for improvement.
• Demonstrates competent clinical practice with clinical decision making and critical thinking.
