Job summary

Elliot Health System in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a patient-centered team open Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. You will deliver care across basic to complex needs using the nursing process and create a therapeutic environment for patients and families.

The position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, NH RN or Compact State license, and BLS during orientation (ACLS preferred).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• New Hampshire RN license or Compact State license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to patients and families using the nursing process.
• Involves patient/family in goal setting and planning; communicates the plan of care.
• Maintains seamless care across shifts by coordinating with the team.
• Applies current evidence and standards to guide practice and identify improvements.

Education

BSN preferred or equivalent
