Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse in Stratham, NH, with training available at Hooksett and Manchester as needed. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, delivering patient and family-centered care within the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practice model.

The ideal candidate has nursing education from an accredited program, NH RN or Compact license, and BLS with ACLS preferred. The position offers competitive pay and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• NH Registered Nurse license or Compact State license.
• BLS qualification during orientation; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involves patient/family in goal setting and planning, and communicates that plan of care to patient and family for input; and to colleagues to ensure seamless care across shifts and settings.
