Qualifications

• Graduate of RN program; Associate Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Active Florida RN license required.
• BLS through AHA required.
• 6 months to 1 year RN ambulatory/procedural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes nursing interventions by collaborating with the inter professional team, ensuring standards of care and patient outcomes.
• Assesses and collects data related to patient health status to develop the plan of care.
• Evaluates patient response to the plan of care and ensures necessary orders and adjustments are in place.
• Utilizes data to meet care coordination needs across settings with patient and family involvement.
• Documents nursing assessments and interventions in the EMR reflecting safe, ethical, patient- and family-centered care.
• May perform triage, test result review, and communications management for patients.
• Assist with medications management and clinic procedures as applicable.
• Float to other clinics as needed for operations.

Education

RN licensure

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
