Job summary

Parrish Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join Parrish Medical Group at Titus Landing, Florida. The APRN will promote our Culture of Choice and deliver high-quality care within state regulatory guidelines while reporting to the AVP of Parrish Medical Group Operations.

The role requires comprehensive assessments, medication management, caregiver education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to meet CMS quality metrics and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Masters in Nursing required; Doctorate preferred; ARNP program required.
• Two+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
• Florida Registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner license required.
• NPI and DEA numbers required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide treatment per state nursing act.
• Prescribe medications and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Educate caregivers on dementia and healthy lifestyle.
• Support home-bound patient care and referrals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and ensure CMS quality metrics.
