Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• 0+ years of RN experience.
• Licensed RN in Maine; BLS within 6 weeks.
• EMR experience preferred and proficient with Windows applications.
• Excellent judgement and prioritization in fast-paced outpatient care.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and InterMed policies.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and updates patient information and vitals in the chart.
• Performs clinical tasks per assessment or standing orders (medication/vaccine administration).
• Conducts diagnostic screenings and collects specimens for testing.
• Performs in-office clinical procedures and reviews orders in EMR.
• Relays lab results and provides patient education.
• Coordinates care with in-house specialties and external resources.
• Maintains adherence to department protocols and required certifications.
• Performs other duties to support InterMed's mission.
