Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license and current BLS.
• Must have an Associates Degree in Nursing.
• ANCC Ambulatory Nursing Certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical and emotional assessments across in-person, phone, and electronic encounters.
• Triage walk-in, phone, and electronic encounters and prioritize urgent care.
• Administer and document medications; perform RN scope procedures and tests.
• Recognize significant changes in patient condition and respond promptly per protocols.
• Provide patient education and support chronic disease management.
