Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the Ambulatory Care team at MH Medical Health Center on a full-time 36-hour schedule. You will provide high-quality care across life stages, supported by physicians and nurses in a collaborative outpatient setting.

The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, with automatic advancement from RN I after onboarding where applicable. Excellent teamwork, patient interaction, and care coordination are expected as you help

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state RN license; BLS certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• Experience: One year of RN experience required; automatic advancement from RN I after onboarding where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients and families in ambulatory care with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Support physicians/advanced practice providers and collaborate with nurses and staff in a team-based outpatient setting.
• Coordinate care, education and follow-up to help patients navigate their health journey.
