Winslow Indian Health Care Center, Inc. in Winslow, AZ seeks an experienced RN for a part-time ambulatory care role.

You will work under the Ambulatory Care Nurse Manager to deliver outpatient nursing services, perform vital signs, tests, and medication administration, and educate patients in a culturally sensitive setting. Responsibilities include triage, chart reviews, wound care, IV therapy, and collaboration with physicians to ensure high-quality care while maintaining HIPAA/HITECH

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in nursing required; NCLEX must be passed.
• Current, active RN license in the United States.
• BLS/CPR required; Navajo language skills preferred.
• Ambulatory care or related experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in outpatient setting under supervision.
• Take vital signs, prepare for tests, and obtain specimens.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor side effects.
• Triage patients and provide urgent care within scope.
• Document care accurately in health records and communicate with team.
• Assist with wound care and IV therapy as prescribed.
