Job summary

Prisma Health's Children’s Clinic-Duncan Chapel in Greenville, SC seeks an RN to provide and coordinate nursing care in a non-acute ambulatory setting. The role follows state nursing practice acts and Prisma Health policies while addressing physical, emotional and educational patient needs.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Ambulatory RNs must have a valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• RN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care in ambulatory, medical office or urgent care settings according to policy and nursing scope of practice.
• Coordinates and documents patient care, including assessment, education and safety.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per nursing protocol.
• Educates patients and families for post-visit care and informed health decisions.
• Maintains infection control and safe environment; supports team as needed.
