Job summary

Moab Regional Hospital is seeking a full-time RN Clinic Coordinator to join our Ambulatory Care Team. The ideal candidate will lead daily operations in Family Medicine and Mental Health Services. Responsibilities include training new staff, ensuring quality improvement, and providing clinical support.

Must have a valid RN license in Utah and preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Benefits include health insurance, retirement, and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Utah.
• Two years of experience as an RN in an outpatient setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the clinics under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Manager.
• Orient, train, and mentor new clinic personnel.
• Provide clinic staff with constructive performance feedback.
• Support clinical quality improvement projects.
• Fill in for staffing needs as assigned.
• Demonstrated teaching and leadership skills.
