The Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) at Advocate Health Care provides patient-centered care in ambulatory settings, leveraging evidence-based practice and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

This full-time role requires an accredited nursing program completion, an active state RN license, and BLS certification; travel to multiple clinics is anticipated, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
