  • Oversees onboarding and integration of new clinicians into ambulatory care.
  • Collaborates with legal, risk, and compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Participates in site design, refurbishment, and coordination across projects.
  • Develops and maintains standardized work policies to improve operational efficiency.
