Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma in nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and HIPAA.
• Certified and licensed RN in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with ambulatory care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ambulatory nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with providers and staff for patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and medications.
• Document care in EMR per standards and regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement and team huddles.
