• Utilizes EMR to document patient interactions and care given.
• Provides patient and family education for preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Performs care coordination for abnormal results, triage, vaccinations, and related tasks.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and adherence to nursing protocols.
• Participates in team huddles and communicates effectively with the care team.
• Maintains safety and follows regulatory guidelines to minimize risk.
• Demonstrates commitment to learning and professional development.
