Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Partners with patients and families in identifying learning needs and provides education.
• Minimizes risk of harm by following established nursing practices and protocols.

• Works within nursing and inter-professional teams and participates in committees.
• Recognizes patients and families in providing safe, coordinated care.
