Qualifications
- Graduate from a school of professional nursing approved by accrediting agency.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted nursing license in US.
- Eligibility for state licensure and possible bridge program requirements.
Responsibilities
- Functions as clinical expert and is accountable for all nursing processes.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care across age-specific needs.
- Coordinate care focusing on education, self-management, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
- Lead and mentor staff, uphold quality and evidence-based practice.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and organizational policies.
