Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in ambulatory care under supervision of Medical Director, Provider or Nurse Manager.
• Administers and documents medications and intravenous solutions per policies.
• Provides excellent customer service for patients and families.
• Ensures safe delivery of ambulatory health care services.
• Assesses and monitors patients and communicates findings to the provider.
• Participates in performance improvement projects.
• Coordinates patient care as an active care team member.
