Responsibilities

• Manage medication and imaging prior authorizations.
• Review and follow up on lab results and EMR refill requests.
• Coordinate safe, organized care for patients and families.
• Educate patients on conditions, treatments and prevention.
• Support compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
