Job summary

UCLA Health in Los Angeles is seeking a Front Office Admin Support for the CPN West Washington clinic to provide administrative and patient care support. You will assist in coordinating patient flow throughout the clinic from registration to discharge and work as a member of the Ambulatory Care clinic team to ensure smooth outpatient flow and high patient satisfaction.

Salary range is $27.74-$39.36 per hour, with Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, indefinite duration.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and patient care support to assigned clinic in the Ambulatory and Community Practice.
• Assist in coordinating patient flow throughout the clinic, from registration to discharge.
• Work as a member of the Ambulatory Care clinic team to provide smooth outpatient flow resulting in optimum patient satisfaction.
