Summit Spine and Joint Centers seeks a full-time Area Charge Nurse to lead nursing teams across multiple ambulatory care locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with accreditation standards.

The role requires an RN license, 4+ years of nursing experience, and 1+ year of leadership, with travel to clinics and ASCs as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Active RN licensed in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 4 years nursing experience.
• At least 1 year nursing management or leadership experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Ability to travel to assigned clinic and ASC locations.

Responsabilidades

• Support accreditation and certification efforts from a nursing perspective.
• Provide direction and oversight of patient care within ambulatory care settings.
• Manage and support nursing staff within assigned surgery centers and clinics.
• Maintain appropriate nursing coverage including staff orientation, training, and scheduling.
• Educate and counsel patients and staff as needed.
• Reinforce patient understanding of medical conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
