Job summary

University of California - Los Angeles Health is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Development Project Manager to drive execution across analytics and Tableau dashboard initiatives. You will own intake, prioritization, planning, milestones, and stakeholder communication with Ambulatory Transformation & Performance leadership, BI Developers, and clinical/operational stakeholders.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in project or program management in healthcare.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and managing scope.
Experience running Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience developing interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.

Responsibilities

Own intake, prioritization, planning, milestones, and stakeholder communication for analytics projects.
Ensure work is delivered on time and aligned to operational priorities.
Collaborate with BI Developers and stakeholders to move requests from intake through go-live.
Use analytics literacy to answer questions and protect BI developer capacity.
