Qualifications

• One or more years of professional nursing experience including performing patient physicals.
• Ability to diagnose based on history, physical exams, and lab results.
• Current, active nursing license in the United States and NCLEX passage.
• Foreign education requires CGFNS certification and English proficiency documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administers health care services in outpatient settings in compliance with state and federal regulations and policies.
• Evaluates patients with acute/minor and chronic illnesses and provides care and follow-up.
• Makes diagnoses based on history, physical exams, and appropriate studies.
• Prescribes approved medications and other therapeutic agents.
• Develops care plans based on physical and psycho-social status and patient needs.
• Orders radiographs, EKGs and other procedures as indicated.
• Performs other duties as assigned
