Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess each call to determine best action using paramedic protocols.
• Utilize equipment (defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction) to provide advanced care.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and assurance.
• Act as on-scene team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
