Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• New Jersey CDL license A or B free of restriction with passenger endorsement required.
• 3 years' experience in professional driving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a flexible schedule including overtime, special events and holidays as needed by the department.
• Demonstrates good customer service and respect to all riders, including handling grievances professionally.
• Must be in full uniform with a visible ID badge, key peg, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Vehicles are to be cleaned inside and out daily, fueled after each shift, and all required equipment is in vehicle.
• Oil and all fluid levels checked before shift; complete and submit Rig Check Sheets daily.
• Swipes in and out on time; on schedule for routine stops.
• Completes tasks timely, accurately, and efficiently; works with other drivers for timely service.
• Adheres to Atlantic Health and Atlantic Ambulance policies and procedures.
