MedEx Ambulance Service Inc. is seeking a full-time Ambulance Accounts Receivable Specialist in Skokie, IL. The role requires experienced ambulance billing with Medicare, Medicaid, and MCO compliance, plus coding, posting, and strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities include accurate data entry, coding, medical necessity review, and timely follow-up of ambulance claims submissions. A solid understanding of medical terminology and commercial insurance guidelines is essential.
