Job summary

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts seeks a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations with a focus on quality, timing, and guest satisfaction. You will support training programs and help manage multiple outlets within a luxury hotel environment.

You will report to the Executive Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef, with a clear path toward advancement into higher culinary leadership through comprehensive training across Banquets, Restaurants, and Garde Manager.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of all kitchen operations and station readiness.
• Demonstrated leadership, organization, and relation-building skills.
• Experience with training, basic cost control and customer service expectations.
• Desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment.
• Capable of producing consistent, high-quality dishes on time.

Responsibilities

• Support Sous Chef with training across Banquets, Restaurants and Garde Manager.
• Sous Chefs report to the Executive Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef; assist in daily kitchen operations.
