Job summary

AT&T in Mililani, HI is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose from our full suite of wireless and fiber services. You’ll use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, participate in community events, and assist with online orders and outbound calls.

Flexible schedule 9am–9pm, weekends included, with 40 hours weekly and uncapped commissions. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided.

• We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
