Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in North Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern for a part-time role. You will apply didactic learning from pharmacy school in real-world practice under a preceptor's guidance, participating in a comprehensive training roadmap built to transition you toward pharmacist responsibilities.

You will support the pharmacy team to ensure safe, efficient operations, learn SOPs, and help with medication fulfillment, customer interactions, and basic immunization

Qualifications

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task and pivot quickly to meet needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, accurately and promptly.
• Learn and follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation.
• Provide compassionate customer service and support immunizations and other services where allowable by law.
