Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly and ask questions.

• Must be on-time and responsible for all scheduled shifts.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of standard measurements and math for recipe preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare batch and menu items according to company recipes and standards.
• Read order tickets to ensure dietary requests and special needs are met.
• Prepare and plate all menu items with presentation standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment (grills, deep fryers, griddle, etc.).
• Maintain clean workstations and comply with safety guidelines.
• Deep clean kitchen equipment and workstations as assigned.
