Job summary

Zaytoons Mediterranean is looking for a skilled Line Cook to help deliver consistently great food and keep the kitchen running smoothly. You’ll work at the grill and other stations, focusing on accuracy, speed, and presentation.

We value teamwork, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to cleanliness and food safety. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, and familiarity with Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow directions precisely.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to high standards of cleanliness and food quality.

• Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion, and quality standards.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and receiving deliveries as needed.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
• Stay calm and efficient during high-volume shifts and work collaboratively with the team.
