Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon Specialist Virtual Assistant to join our team. As an Amazon Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our Amazon seller account, optimizing product listings, and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability. Your expertise in Amazon's platform and marketplace dynamics will be instrumental in driving our success in the e-commerce space.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and conversion rates
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and optimize product titles, bullet points, and backend keywords for maximum discoverability
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and customer reviews, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Implement strategies to improve product rankings and organic search visibility on Amazon, such as sponsored ads, promotions, and A/B testing
  • Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends on Amazon, and adjust pricing and promotional strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness and maximize profitability
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on Amazon, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders, inventory management, and replenishment of stock
  • Stay informed about Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices for sellers, and ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements
  • Continuously optimize product listings and storefronts based on performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to develop and execute strategies to expand our presence on Amazon and achieve business objectives

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience as an Amazon seller or e-commerce specialist, with a track record of success in managing Amazon seller accounts and driving sales growth
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon's platform, tools, and policies, including Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality, especially when managing product listings, inventory, and order fulfilment processes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving goals
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to conducting research, analyzing data, and communicating with stakeholders
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to accommodate business needs and time zone differences
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred
